A clone battalion commander was a high ranking officer in the Grand Army of the Republic. The battalion commander, hence the title, would lead a battalion of clone troopers.
Description[]
A battalion held 576 clone troopers, which were subdivided into 4 companies. The battalion commander was supported by a clone trooper major. The two were also supported by four clone trooper captains.[1]
