Horn Company was a company of clone troopers under the command of Jedi General Eeth Koth. The company was led by Captain Lock and was stationed on the Republic cruiser Steadfast. While stationed on their cruiser, General Grievous launched an attack. Captain Lock and a small number of troops defended the corridor, however they were forced to fall back when commando droids arrived. Some, however, stayed with General Koth. Although all were slaughtered, save for one, this trooper saved Koth by destroying the commando droid which was going to kill the general. However, he was later electrocuted by a Magnaguard. Half of the company was wiped out, while the remainder fled to escape pods.

The troopers in Horn Company had light green markings on their armor to signify their unit. The also utilized DC-15S blaster carbines while in combat.
