Jez was a clone commando apart of Aiwha-3 Squad. His squad was trained by Kal Skirata. The commando was reassigned to a new unit after members of his squad were killed on Geonosis. The commando met his former training sergeant on Coruscant soon after the battle. After the end of the Clone War and the disbanding of the Galactic Republic, Jez, along with the remaining Commandos, was assigned to the 501st Legion to hunt down and exterminate remaining Jedi from Order 66. The commando seemed favored by Skirata, but never became one of his sons.

Jez, like all clones, looked like bounty hunter Jango Fett. Jez He had a sense of humor and joked about his job as a commando even after losing three of his fellow squad members just days before on Geonosis. Jez was also delighted to meet Kal Skirata, his old training sergeant, on Coruscant.[1] He possessed knowledge of the planet Haruun Kal and its inhabitants, being able to tell the difference between the native Korunnai and Balawai groups.[2]
