Jind was a clone commando in Yayax Squad who deserted the Grand Army of the Republic after the Clone Wars.

History Edit

In 32 BBY, the commando was born on Kamino.[1][2] Jind received commando training by Rav Bralor, one of the Cuy'val Dar. He and his squad, Yayax Squad, eventually graduated from their commando training. Each of them managed to survive their training.

The squad served during the Battle of Coruscant, as ground forces, alongside Omega Squad and Lieutenant Aven. With their drab gray-and-brown drazzle pattern armor, the unit had a better advantage compared to the others. During the battle, Jind and Corr manned an E-web, while the rest of them fought up close with Super Battle Droids.[3]

Shortly after the battle, Supreme Chancellor Sheev Palpatine initiated Order 66. Yayax Squad did not participate in the event, as they were given the option to desert. They accepted, leaving with Nyreen Vollen and Sergeant A'den.[3]

Once they arrived on Mandalore, the planet they deserted to, they began learn how to farm and carpenter, alongside Levet. The five of them set up fences and built farms and whatnot. When the former Jedi General Arligan Zey was upon the planet, he inquired how the commandos learned how to do this. Jind told him that they simply read about it.[4]
