RC-1080, also known as Ten-Eighty, was a clone commando pilot that served in the Grand Army of the Republic. The squad would be sent on a mission to capture and protect Director Lorca Oviedo.[3] The squad's ship crash landed, killing 10 commandos and the pilot, leaving RC-1080 as the co-pilot, injured.[3] The commando would help capture the director and get him to the ship, after the death of all of Theta Squadron save for sergeant Zag. The commando would be injured by battle droids that had been searching the ship. The droids injured Ten-Eighty and killed Theta's captain. He survived to pilot the ship into hyperspace, but died upon entry into Coruscant's orbit.[3] The mission would be failure, leaving Zag the only man alive, because Oviedo died due to mysterious circumstances.[3]
